Shipping policy
Osiris ships worldwide from our fulfillment center in Oakville, Ontario, Canada, and we proudly serve customers across the United States.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders to the United States are typically delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch via tracked courier. U.S. shipping is a flat $25 CAD (shown in USD at checkout), and prices for U.S. customers are displayed in USD.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
Shipping within Canada is free, with tracked delivery typically arriving in 2–5 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We also ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, Japan, and many other countries for a flat $35 CAD. Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. European Union customers are billed in EUR.
DUTIES & TAXES
Any duties or import taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the recipient. Most U.S. orders ship without additional duties.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@osiris.one with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
